Poor service, did not receive confirmation emails on time and had to phone the florist personally to check my orderExcellent and speedy personal service. I made a delivery request from the Netherlands and the flowers were delivered in Midrand promptly and in time. Highly recommended!

The recipient of the flowers in Sandton expressed how impressed she was with the flowers, which were delivered on time for new year. They were ordered online by myself in the USA. It was a simple and seamless process. What more would you want?

Would like to thank Periwinkle florist fior a fantastic arrangement and great service. Believe they are closing on 24th after 30 years. A pity and wish them all tge best for the future.

The flowers were very nice although the bouquet was smaller than a recent bouquet that I sent, for which I paid slightly less. I almost gave three stars, and this is to do with the platform more than the florist per se. When I booked it seemed clear that a booking on Thursday would get a Friday delivery, and I thought if all doesn't go well at least it'll be a Saturday delivery. However, I was informed by email (so good follow up from Direct2Florist) that locally they were having problems finding a florist to fill the order, and that they had been told florists are closed on Saturdays (not so, simple google search and knowing that I've had plenty of Saturday deliveries), so i didn't appreciate that. In the end I accepted a Monday delivery (I was called to get my agreement, and appreciated the good customer service in that respect)but I'm not sure I'm going to use direct2florist again as this is the second time I've had a similar time delivery problem. It'd just be better if the website is upfront and says 2 working days needed to fulfil deliveries.

Excellent service and very informative in keeping updated on the delivery.
My delivery was for Whiteriver South Africa ???????? and the service and communications I had with the florist was excellent above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend them.
